If you only have a digital license, you can use a generic key to upgrade
1. Right-click on the Start then click on Windows Powershell (RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR)

2. In Powershell run these commands
SLMGR.VBS /CPKY and press ENTER
SLMGR.VBS /CKMS and press ENTER
Net stop Sppsvc and press ENTER
CD C:\Windows\System32\SPP\Store\2.0 and press ENTER
Ren Tokens.dat Tokens.old and press ENTER
SLMGR.VBS /RILC end press ENTER
changepk.exe /ProductKey VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T and press ENTER (you can use this key for UPGRADE only it will not activate windows).

3. Reboot your PC, after UPGRADE is finished and enter your genuine WIN 11 KEY in activation window.
